I just thought I would take time to share the glory that is Wormwood. Its a graphic novel written and drawn by Ben Templesmith, who did the artwork for 30 Days of Night, among other things. There are 3 volumes out currently with a fourth one in production. This is one of the best things I have ever read. The main character, Wormy, is a corpse inhabited by a talking worm. He has a robot body guard, a stripper/magic something or other for a personal assistant, frequents a strip club that is also home to a inter dimensional gateway, and saves the world on a daily basis. So if anyone has read this before, feel free to discuss. Or if you have never heard of this, you are welcome in advance.

i enjoyed his first 30 days of night [but the sequels went on to be disappointing...] the Silent Hill one is cool as well.

Wormwood is indeed a nice read.

funnily enough there's another comic that uses the same character [in name] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chronicles_of_Wormwood which i found enjoyable as well, give it a try...the art is more mainstream but the plot is a good laugh.

The plot is just about as trippy as the active drug in Absinthe I thought the thread was referring to... lol.
